I don't remember the name of the young lady who checked me in, but she was truly wonderful!!! I had to switch units for sizing, and she was happy to stay with me past closing time to get this done!!!

Staff helpful, but Unit was not clean. Mouse droppings in one corner of unit. 2 In a trap down from me. And when putting stuff in unit THERE WHERE NO CARTS TO BE FOUND. On the 2nd floor anywhere.. items where heavy and had to be set down multiple times to get to unit.

I think this place is a joke. There's no drive up access, there's a pole in the middle of the unit, have to carry furniture a mile, unit is not a 8x9 it's more shaped like a triangle. Want a refund and no one answers the phone or return my message
