This facility is very clean and nice with many amenities. I was helped in this stressful process by tiffany. She was a jewel when i had to go back and change a unit because of size. Tiffany is a 5 in my book.

Love the storage options that are provided, however no designated parking can make backing up to the loading dock a hassle when people are parked in your way. And the outside security cameras need to be placed in the back

This was my first personal experience with a storage company. Based on stories I had heard from others who have used storage companies, I didn't have very high expectations. However, I have to say that my experience with your company so far has been excellent. The customer service I received over the phone and at the storage facility for the Hamilton location was excellent. I would definitely recommend your company to others.
