Initially for the size and price I thought this was a good deal as they had 50% off the first 3 months. However, there is no security gate to the building that is still being renovated. There are also lots of people walking across thee back of the building at night in a sketchy neighborhood. As a lady going there at night it does not feel safe. If I had it my way I wouldn't even give this place one star, I wasn't even there 24 hours for the manager accuse me I'm living in my unit. I have since been completely locked out and told do not have access to my things I now have to find another unit and without a refund. I've now been billed for second month do not and I repeat do not rent from storage space on Route 4 in Hamilton they are fraudulent I was harassed daily, and intend on trying to figure out who I can speak to to have this properly dealt with.

This company took over appx. 11 months ago and have lied to the tenants from the start. I am leaving a factual and honest review of this company and the Hamilton Ohio location. This company acquired and took control October 2019 and have not been truthful once since aquisition. If possible I would leave a zero star rating. The property staff are inept and either untrained or just do not care about their jobs. I make this observation due to seeing first hand how the 2 employees handle themselves.
