Super clean facility and it appears secure. I hope it stays like that! A few things...It appears the black gate surrounding the facility has suffered a lot of damage I'm guessing from the recent bad storm a few weeks back and there is temporay fencing up that isn't very secure looking. I'm hoping that will be fixed and upgraded soon. There was no free lock waiting at my unit when I arrived. This monthly $12 insurance I'm paying? Is that mandatory, I don't recall paying that at other facilities in the past? Seems high for a s... read more

I like the facility cause it's close to the house. Only issue I had is the day I went to bring items there to put in unit the code for the gate I was given did not work. I had to wait on hold for better than 20 minutes while help that wS with me were waiting.
