Sean has been a welcomed addition to staff. He is a refreshing changes from the previous staff. More positive and better at listening to your customers. The change over in ownership has had its challenges with changing payment over on time. There could have been better communication through text or emails. Also when staff are pulled to cover other properties there should be an ability to call and / or leave messages. Did not resolve my questions. Showed no interest in helping me. I feel that I now need to take extra time off for a personal visit. Not good.
