You purchased a well maintained yard. They had a handy man that kept the grounds in good condition for years. You’re there very little raise rates insanely because you’ve neglected the roads and park so badly that you’re over charging to fix your neglect because you failed to keep up your end with the money we paid monthly. This capital fund raising won’t help with your lack of work ethics. You won’t do the maintenance.

I pay on time every month yet I get false notices that I have defaulted that threaten to deny me access to my unit. Every month it seems I’m being asked to pay more. I can’t ever talk to anyone about this and when I call I have to leave a message and no one calls me back. Tonight I tried to pay my bill and there is no way to pay other than enrollment in autopay but I have no trust in your company so I’m not comfortable enrolling in bill pay as you sent out a notice about accidental overcharges. Why should I trust you?

Since Storagelocal took over this facility the onsite management has changed almost weekly. Just last week I was informed my storage rate would go from $215 to $323 per month, (a 50% increase). No explanation, just a take it or leave it approach. Some minor changes have taken place, but nothing that justifies this type of increase. I am currently looking for another facility and will be moving!

i got charged double and staff is asking for insurance on my vehicle. there is a security breach on the metal mesh fence and no one is doing nothing about it. i have been with this place for more then 10 years. Now they want more money in exchange of less service....

The new ownership refuses to honor previous management’s agreements and now is increasing rents by almost 50 Percent of current pricing ($165 to $248). The facility is poorly maintained and is located in an area frequently visited by sketchy people whom you likely will not want to engage with.
