No way to run a business
You never answer the phone. Can’t leave a message because the mailbox is always full. My “auto-pay” is usually screwed up! like now it’s saying I owe $500+ ... well if it’s auto pay I should only owe $145 or so!!!!!! I’m NOT impressed at all with your service.

The transition from Storage Unlimited to Storelocal Storage left a lot to be desired. There were no notifications sent out introducing yourselves and the changes that were going to be taking place. New accounting/billing methods not set up, incorrect billings, office not staffed, phone calls not answered, couldn't leave messages (mailbox full) etc. If you are buying up other storage facilities then Storelocal defiinitely needs to develop a better and seamless transition experience for the clients. .

You start out our relationship by charging me a late fee when because of your incompetence you did not properly roll over my auto-pay nor did you advise of that fact well in advance of my rent being due. Every month the billing statement is in error.
Office seldom open, office closed for lunch, never plow snow, customer service totally lacking, corporare owned and doesnt care, was a much better place under previous ownership.
No one answers the phone. Messages are not returned. Difficult to set up auto pay and get verification. Not impressed.

I haven't gotten confirmation for move out of storage unit F 52 , move out date was Thursday Dec 29th 2022. Also last month's notices for amounts due were all wacked out and there were 6 people who had same wacked out invoices at the site when I arrived. There was no staff there and everyone was frustrated. Now I just received more wacked out invoices and one for a unit I haven't had for several months, each for the amount if $225.00 . The system does not allow for partial payments from different sources. It's all or nothing. Disappointing & frustrating.
