StoreLocal is stealing from me. They frequently claim my rents are late when they are not. They introduced an $8.00 non-autopay fee last month after I had already paid rent and then charged me a $20 late fee for it. They do not answer their phones, do not respond to emails, and their website is a chat bot. I have stored at this site since 2016 and never had issues with the old owner but have had nothing but problems with StoreLocal.

My bill pay account got cancelled and it would not let me open a new one so I had to take a day off and go pay in person. The ownership company transitions have been Rocky since the wonderful storage unlimited days. Katie is a great help and a wonderful person she got things figured out

When Storelocal took over the facility where I'd been renting, I did not receive a new agreement. If they'd mailed one, I did not receive it, and there was no effort to contact me to make sure I'd received more than an email telling me it was a new company. No one picks up the phone. I get a text 2 or 3 times when it's do. The amount that is texted to me has the wrong amount. I don't know if anyone works at the storage company.

I am up to date on my monthly payments but I received an email on 12/31/22 stating that I have not paid my bill for the last 2 months plus late fee's along with still owing for January. I know that my location here in Denver was recently acquired and going through some billing integration issues (from what I understand) so its understandable, but this is 3 months now.

No one is answering the phone at the Denver location on South Valencia Street you can't get in the gate it's locked up you can't drop off your payment the phone line is full it's just it's just probably run and I am not happy with your services and I want to know what's going on and why can't I get in there to access my stuff it's my stuff I pay you guys mostly and I need to be able to get in there anytime of the day or night 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year you have been taking my money for years I've been with ... read more
