Raising the rent multiple times in one year is not something a tenant wants to deal with. And then your latest rental raise is just appalling.

Since you guys are taking over rent is gone up people are rude that work there Lauren, mobile three times billing is confusing. I wrote my check on the first of September it is 28 September and it just cleared my bank. You guys sent me a notice saying that I was late two days after it was due and it was still in the mail slot at the storage unit where I may leak now the rent has gone up three times now you guys have taken it to 273 from 180 I guess if you can take advantage of people I guess that’s the way you run your busin... read more

Don't appreciate the monthly fee increases. Storage Unlimited felt like a family but StoreLocal doesn't, and the co-op only wants more and more money. The local district manager, Holly, is rude even when one has an excellent payment history. Should have given a 2-star rating instead of 3-star rating.

Have never received call backs from you so call manager, nor received email answers to my question. Your customer service STINKS !!!!!!!!

The layers for this place and owner caused more paperwork and signatures then I have ever had to fill out. The layers are super untrustworthy in trying to give a straight answer or being correct in contracts. The district manager is never correct in the information they give and constantly puts clients down while talking to them.

I noticed my rental fee went from $72 to $80. I don’t remember getting any notice of another increase Asphalt is in very poor condition in many areas. Any plans to at least fill potholes

StoreLocal is stealing from me. They frequently claim my rents are late when they are not. They introduced an $8.00 non-autopay fee last month after I had already paid rent and then charged me a $20 late fee for it. They do not answer their phones, do not respond to emails, and their website is a chat bot. I have stored at this site since 2016 and never had issues with the old owner but have had nothing but problems with StoreLocal.
