Lady at front desk was extremely rude. She was curt with us from the very beginning, then repeatedly told us it was our fault our truck reservation was entered incorrectly. I have encountered more discourteous people. However, not many of them in the service industry. Do yourself a favor and take your money where it will be appreciated.
Don't bother reserving a U-Haul here. Pulled up to the back, because that is where I saw all of the U-Hauls parked. Before I could ask the disgruntled, pony tail wearing jerk at the U-Haul lot a question, he says, "office is down there. You're being a hazard to me right now and I won't serve you. They will treat you like crap....... Units are units, but this place needs new management, a business is based on customer service and these people don't have any good customer service at all. I took my business elsewhere and you should too.
0 stars not possible with YELP. This is a review of the UHAUL segment of the business, but I can't imagine the "service" received as a unit renter would be any different. The fact that they dont even bother to turn their office lights on was the first warning sign. The manager Barbara was short and rude with me, and she was the best part of the experience. Buyer beware!!! The management at this location is awful! We reserved a couple of trucks. When we went to pick one up we have a full load and did not drive into the back lot. They berated us for not driving in. The man that took care of the truck we vulgar, and he used the "F" word about ten times - literally. We have never been treated so poorly, ever. I first rented my sorage unit in March 2003 and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Barbara, Kim, and Roger. The facility is very well maintained and properly secure and very clean. Prices are very reasonable and in the 7 years i have been there my rent only went up by $15. I only intended on keeping my things here for 2-3 months and found that i needed them long term. They were always willing to work with me if i needed extra time in paying my bill, and are more than accomodating in these hard economic times. So ... read more
My family was moving from the townhouses across the street, so we decided to use this place obviously because it was convenient. We rented a Haul truck and when it was returned my mom parked the truck inside the parking lot. She did not see the sign that said that the Haul trucks cannot be parked in the storage parking space because they'll be towed. I take it that this is a city ordinance, I guess.
