I needed a U-Haul for the day and Brentwood Self Storage as fulfilled my need. The person behind the desk was very friendly. Although the 18-footer that I reserved was not available at that time, she was able to find a solution by offering my their 16-footer which was actually more that enough for my needs. More importantly, there are no extra fees here at Brentwood Self Storage compared to other U-Haul locations nearby.
Kim and Sheldon were so nice and helpful!! It was one of the easiest transactions I've ever done. Everything went smoothly and I ram very pleased.
I was in need for Uhual really badly and very last minute. Kim was such a great help, quick and efficient and so nice!! She made the whole process easy. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a Uhual.
Nice and easy. Clean modern facility - I used the U-Haul rental. Kim was friendly, quick and efficient and helped me with a minor Driver License issue. Better than other U-Haul experiences I've had.
Self Storage of Vacaville = Poison Everywhere! This place is like an animal poison field. The owners are clearly so concerned about terrible rodent problems and don't care how much they poison rodents. Animal poison traps everywhere you look... probably 100 of them. I can only assume that the storage units here are not well made or very secure if they need 100 poison traps every 20 feet because rodents can get in the units so easily. I had been a customer for 6 months. I realized my monthly bill had went up so I went in to speak to someone about my unit/billing cycle. Kim who is the manager was rude and unprofessional. She has no customer service skills and seemed to not want to help me. I asked her if there was any specials going on for the month if I down sized units. She said "no there wasn't and that no smaller units were available." Then an employee said to her that they did have a smaller unit available in front of me. We used Brentwood Self Storage to rent U-Haul's on two occasions. Both time's the staff was friendly and informative, the office was clean and organized, and we were able to pick up some last minute moving supplies. The trucks were clean, gassed up and were available at the time promised. I would highly recommend them based on friendly, courteous staff alone.
