So, a place like U-haul is a place you don't notice until you need it. My first encounter with the u-haul on Sand creek was last week. I went in for a few boxes. We are moving and didn't want to get too many that I was overwhelmed. I walked in and the guy behind the desk ( Ken the owner) was on the phone. He was talking to a customer. This is the worst place to deal with. They sell you cheap boxes for double to triple what you pay for uhaul boxes. When you try to return there low quality crap. They say all sales final. They have no faith in what they sell that's why they won't take it back.

I had to store some stuff from a quick move out situation. The staff was very nice in helping me out at the last minute. One thing that was nice is that they didn't try to up sell me a more expensive unit. I rented a truck from them as well. I have an inside unit and it was spotless. It is also climate controlled. Whenever I go to pick stuff up to go through it the place is clean and I haven't seen any bugs.

Rented a Uhaul here after another location gave our reserved truck away. Great, friendly customer service!

I park in lot where the uhual trucks are and before I can even close the door after getting out, I'm greeted by the owner (old bitter guy) with a verbal barrage of profanity, and "you ignorant people", etc. At first I thought he had me confused with someone else but no, he was yelling and ranting at me because I had apparently parked in the lot in the back where he was parking the trucks. I have called this place twice. The first time they finally called back after 3 days, I had already founf another place by then. The second time a year later, no return call yet after 2 days. Pretty crazy. If it's this hard to get hold of them to spend money, I can only imagine what it would be like if you needed something.

Lady at front desk was extremely rude. She was curt with us from the very beginning, then repeatedly told us it was our fault our truck reservation was entered incorrectly. I have encountered more discourteous people. However, not many of them in the service industry. Do yourself a favor and take your money where it will be appreciated.

Don't bother reserving a U-Haul here. Pulled up to the back, because that is where I saw all of the U-Hauls parked. Before I could ask the disgruntled, pony tail wearing jerk at the U-Haul lot a question, he says, "office is down there. You're being a hazard to me right now and I won't serve you. Don't blame me for your confusion!". I literally had just shut the door to the car and hadn't said a word. Ok. They will treat you like crap....... Units are units, but this place needs new management, a business is based on customer service and these people don't have any good customer service at all. I took my business elsewhere and you should too.
