When we got our storage here it was great i was concerned with it being on the 3rd floor but theyassured me our unit was clise to the elevator. And then the elevator breaks down and that was about 2 months ago and is dtill broke down today. Im not sure whats really going on there but since they broke down they have continually told us the samr bullsh.t story that the part would be there on a couple of days. Office staff was very confused, and unfriendly. Prior to moving out of my storage unit - I had called looking for insight on renting a U-Haul. The office staff was very abrupt when answering the phone, and stated some upsurd policy - That'd I'd have to contact them the day of needing the U-Haul. Which completely makes no sense, for anyone like myself that likes to plan ahead. As well I was charged two months, during my first invoice. I was completely unaware of this. I rent my uhaul trucks from Brentwood Self Storage on a regular basis for my business, and they have the best customer service! Kim, the manager, and Nichole are always so helpful, friendly, and efficient. Actually everybody I have encountered at this location has been great. They are always so thorough in going over your contract and checking over the truck with you to confirm mileage, damage, etc.. Not all locations do this. They are top notch professionals and you get free popcorn :) Just another bonus when you rent there... read more
For those renting a Uhaul or dropping off Uhaul from this place do make sure that you have the employee walk out with you to check your vehicle in mileage and gas etc. Make sure the amount of fuel and mileage matches your contract before driving off and when you drop off make sure you have employee check the gas amount and mileage before you leave. I was charged 1.5 gallons of fuel (it's not much) but the fact that I stopped and made sure I put gas over the amount I had picked up the van before dropping it upsets me that th... read more

We rented a U Haul today and they had everything ready even the coffee! Excellent customer service! We highly recommend them.
I am self employed and utilize Brentwood Self Storage for both a storage space as well as for U-Haul rentals. I receive great customer service for both components. The best part of this business is the staff. David, Kim and the rest of the staff are top notch. If I reserve a U-Haul, they always call me to confirm. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I recently rented a 10'x30' unit here and was impressed with both the staff and the facility. Ken, Kim, Dave, and the other staff were always helpful, friendly, and prompt when I went in to the office. My wife and I needed a unit to store some of our belongings while we had our house up for sale. When selling a house, it is important to have it neat and uncluttered, so a storage unit is a great way to do that. My family has done business here many times over the years. My mom has had a storage there for quite some time, and I just had one which I was finally able to empty out (and move into or new place, yay!) Along with the 2 storage rentals, we have also rented 3 U-haul trucks on different occasions. Everyone in the office has always been so kind and helpful, they put some ease to the moving process.
