We were so grateful to all of this team. When they first came to our door we thought our insurance company had sent them. It turned out that they were at the wrong house. Our insurance company called Stover's to come do a moisture check after a water leak. When they found moisture, they worked quickly to clear the flooring and get things dried. They had to come back twice to check and remove equipment. Each time they were on time or earlier than the appointment time. They never wasted my time and were very professional.
RecommendedOur waterline between our floor and the basement ceiling leaked and did some flooding in our basement. We called our plumber to fix the pipe and he recommended Stovers to us to clean up the water. We called them and they came out right away and did a great job of cleaning up the mess. They have the right equipment to get all the water sucked up and the big fans and humidifier to take care of the final drying.
I had a horrible event happen with my house. On July 4th weekend I awoke Sunday morning to find my basement flooded. The big problem is - I had sold my home and was supposed to close on the 11th! What a nightmare. Preston and Bambi (among others) really busted their tails for me to get the work done, which was extensive. We had a floor drain back up in our basement and flood a portion of it. Stover's came out right away and set to work cleaning up and sanitizing all the water damage. Justin was so friendly and did a great job explaaining the process every step of the way. The were respectful when moving our furniture and made the whole headache a smooth process. My basement feels clean, smells clean, and I have full confidence that all damage was taken care of. I would recommend these guys to any one! Great company!!!
This is not the first time we needed Stover's and if we ever have another emergency you can be sure we will contact them again! Shawn was our technician and he arrived promptly, gave us an estimate and proceeded to repair our problem immediately. He set up fans and dehumidifiers to fix our water problem, all the while explaining every step of the way what he was doing. He was courteous, thorough and fast! I highly recommend Stover's and Shawn for restoration work for your home or business. I am one highly satisfied customer!
