We called Stover's Restoration and they were able to come out the same day we called. Our service professional Preston Stover was polite, thorough and very proffesional. He assessed the problem and relayed the information in a clear manner. It was so nice that they were our insurance companies preferred provider. All the service information was streamlined with the insurance company making it a no hassle process. We would definitely recommend Stover's for all your restoration needs.
We had a flooded basement from a sump pump malfunction. Shawn arrived very quickly and got our furnishings out of the way and set up their equipment. He kept us informed of what was going on and everything that would need to happen. We were very impressed with all of the staff who arrived throughout the next several days to check on the equipment. Justin and Nick finished up with the carpet cleaning and moving the furniture back. Everyone was very professional, personable and efficient. We highly recommend Stover's.
