RecommendedStover's Restoration was recommended to me by my insurance company to fix a water supply leak in my basement that flooded the family room area. They responded to my call very quickly and were at my house in less than two hours to start removing the carpet pad and cleanup. They have checked on the progress every day and have called before arriving. Shawn has been so helpful and informative on the progress of the cleanup and very good to work with. He has already scheduled replacing the carpet pad and furniture next week.
Can't say enough good things about Mary and Jamie B. As far as the packing of boxes, too few items packed in return boxes and labeling made it difficult to unpack by priority. Very fast, friendly and professional service. I had a water leak in my kitchen under the sink. Justin had to remove wet flooring and set drying equipment. Justin also put me in contact with a contractor to rebuild my island as it was damaged by the water also. I would highly recommend Stover's Restoration!
Stover's Restoration was recommended by my son. Stover's came to my house the same day I called to see what they needed to do and what the cost would be. I moved forwarded with them draining 3 to 4 inches of water in my crawl space, and drying out crawl space. Stover's was kind enough to notify me when the were on there way, and showing up when an appointment was set. This company is reasonable $$ compared to other companies that suck you for every penny. After finding my basement with water and the carpet soaked, I called Stover's. They came out and took care of the situation very quickly and professionally. I had fallen down the stairs that morning and I was trying to get things picked up so they could work and they sent me upstairs to rest. They hauled off the wet carpet and padding. We had a Sump pump fail during the night, and woke up to water throughout the basement. Our plumber we use recommended Stover's Restoration, so we called them. Within 30 minutes, they showed up at the door. Shaun and Alex immediately took stock of what they needed to do, and explained the process in detail. After my sump pump went out and my basement flooded, Stover's showed up to help me out within 30 minutes of making the phone call. That alone was impressive. But that fact that it was such a wide spread flood made me feel important to them. All staff members were kind and compassionate to my situation. Even the owner of the company came out to assess the damage. I have worked with other companies in the past, and Stover's is by far the best. I highly recommend them and would choose them again.
