Earlier this week we had the City’s sewer back up into our basement. The smell was absolutely awful and it was a disaster that is unexplainable. We had no idea what to do or who to call but luckily someone referred us to Stover’s Restoration and they have been absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. well first of all they have been pumping out sewage underneath my crawl space for 2 weeks but they've only been here for a total of about 45 minutes after pumping 3/4 of the water they decided it would be a good idea to bring in a dehumidifier now the dehumidifier has a drain and where did they run that drain back down into the the crawl space that they've just been pumping out so for the past 9 days everything it pumps out or dehumidifies it pumps right back down in to the crawl space and not to mention that big old machine... read more

They did not clean like they were suppose to . Was on me to call them when the construction people gutted the kitchen(was not even living there at the time) Lost property, blamed workers from construction co.(which showed up a week later) couldn't find property(took 3 weeks before contacting me) constantly calling and someone was always sick, on vacation. Blamed us for missing items, damaged curtains, gave us other peoples items and tried to make us put in a claim to insurance company for their negligence in losing our prope... read more
On May 15, I contacted Stover's about water in my basement. They came out on May 16. After I agreed to their quote, they set up dehumidifiers and fans. They said someone would be by daily to check to see if everything was functioning properly and if the basement was dry. Someone checked on the next day, Friday. We waited all day Saturday and Sunday and no one showed and no one called to let us know they would not be checking the status of everything. They were referred to us by the insurance adjuster. After coming out they said there was about $9,000 of work to be done. However they refused to provide a quote. “We will just come do the work and bill you for it” They finally said We are to busy to do a quote. I wish they would have just said this up front instead of wasting 3 weeks of our time. Called Service Master they are coming this week. I
