Preston was very professional when he arrived and went right to work on the water damage in our home. Was very good at explaining to us what he had to do and we feel very confident that he minimized the water damage.
We had a water leak in our basement due to a frozen pipe. Shawn Amsink came out and did an awesome job. He measured the water in the carpets, took measurements of the affected areas and then began tearing up carpet & pad, treating the affected areas and setting up numerous fans & humidifiers to dry everything out. He was here for over 5 hours and did a lot of hard, laborious work by himself. We have been very pleased with Shawn and Stover Restoration and would highly recommend them!
Shawn was awesome! Went far above and beyond the call of duty. Our house was flooded by a water leak and Shawn and his crew were there quickly and did an amazing job getting our house dry. Shawn came back everyday to check on progress, was extremely professional and even though we knew he had a lot of other jobs going on, he made us feel like we were his only customer! I would highly recommend Stover's!
