I've been going to Neighborhood Car Care now Stress-Free Auto for the last 15 years. Look, no one loves or looks forward to taking their car in the shop but these guys are top tier. I had some extensive and expensive repairs done on one of my cars and I left there feeling grateful they got it up and running and safe! Full communication with texts, calls, pictures and videos, I was super impressed. I didn't for one second feel like I was getting suggested unnecessary repairs or overcharged. I went here looking for Karen with Neighborhood Carcare, and found the company they sold to, Stress Free Auto Care. The place is very clean and seems to run efficiently. I scheduled to bring my car in for an estimate, their discovery was well documented and communicated with photos. I elected to have them repair my rear brakes, and they did it while I waited. Today the car is driving so much better, I am very please with the results.

What was Neighborhood Care Care has recently been acquired by another company. I had been dealing with the previous owners for years for every repair or maintenance item that I could not do, or did not want to do. My first time in for service on my first generation Tacoma and I am thrilled to see that the same level of service and professionalism continues under leadership of the new owners. Brought in our Sprinter Camper Van for regular service and brake inspection, rear brakes were making a noise. Great communication with Collin in service, Paul did a great job on the service and rear brake reline. The vehicle was done the same day.
I had a billing dispute with Josh which you can read about lower down. I wasn't going to write a review based on that but I had to write one after their diagnosis and repair work. The reason they get one star is due to the fact that they drove, felt, and documented the engine issue I had came in for, but none of the $3000 quoted work would have fixed the problem.
