Stress-Free Auto Care was very easy to work with. They were easy to get ahold of, explained everything in detail, and kept us in the loop. They made a hard situation (being down a car) much easier.

The car had an engine light on, and I dreaded taking it to any mechanic not knowing what they would find out. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and friendly and reassured me that this light just turns on after so many miles and wasn't related to any actual issue. He took the time to check all was right and turned off the light. He spent a good 20 minutes with me without charging anything at all while taking all his time to explain the reason for this light on with a smile on his face the whole time.

Zero stars thanks to this place my car doesn't run it won't drive over 6 Miles per hour and so it sucks I can get it fixed because I haven't been to work and sadly u guys are afraid to talk to me so this is where I'm am and I had to pay someone 30 to remove my dipstick that you guys broke off

Excellent service and staff is great! I came in for oil change After a curtesy inspection, the techs discovered a couple of other issues that needed to corrected and provided me with photos showing what needed to be done. I'm grateful that they caught the problem in time. It prevented further damage to my vehicle. Excellent place to take your car. Definite a trustworthy business!!

They always seem to diagnose my car correctly, and the pricing is always fair. They even corrected an unrelated issue with my car the day after free of charge because of the timing of the previous repair. Will be going back for sure.

I had such a positive experience with Stress-Free Auto Care. I originally went to my dealership to get a quote and services done for my car (which was making bad noises) and was quoted over a thousand dollars for one of the services alone! I found Stress-Free Auto Care and got a full evaluation of my car and they quoted me half of what my dealership had quoted me for the one service. The jury is out. I liked the business before it was purchased by the new more corporate type owner. Prices are higher and suppose the integrated technology can be a benefit or detriment. Did nearly $1500 in repairs and now have more issues that will require another visit for resolution. Happy that certain staff remained after the sell of the business and will see if the problems are resolved quickly for another review. As stated before, the jury is out.
