Interesting experience. TLDR; I Basically need a new charging wiring harness for the alternator and these guys just lack the capacity to give a simple quote or estimate. It's like pulling teeth! Terrible place! Using the Yelp business finder it reached out to this business on my behalf to get a quote. I gave the person I was chatting with all the details needed to get a quote. Had a screw in my tire. Messaged them on Yelp and they responded quickly. I was able to set up an appointment fast and easy. They were honest when I arrived and very helpful. Will definitely go back for other services in the future.

I've been coming to this location since they were under the previous ownership. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I continue to receive here. Prices are competitive, the work is always very good, and I appreciate that they make recommendations without pushing me to make unnecessary repairs.

These guys lived up to their name with both service visits I've visited them for. First, they performed an alignment on our model S and it was the most reasonably priced work i could find around this area. Second, after they notified me that they found that my lower control arms on the front were going I brought it back for them to do the work. Again, smooth experience with a great price and great customer service. I will be back next time I need work done. Thank you to the team at Stress-Free Auto Care!

Service was great. Just was not explained at what the extra service was for. Also the estimate I was given was way over what I was told. I was told at the last minute that extra work needed to be done.

We went to Neighborhood Auto Care before it was purchased. Under Neighborhood, we had a $250 service credit. We called Stress Free Auto Care and they agreed on the phone to honor that credit. I thought that was great and wanted to give Stress Free my business because of it. When I went in for service, they then said they would not honor the credit, even though they had already agreed to it before booking the appointment.
