I was very unhappy with my previous shop of eight years. My car recently hit 100k miles, so I needed a bunch of preventive maintenance. From booking an appointment to getting service done was very smooth. They are open on Sat n Sun which helps. I felt they are reasonably priced when compared with other service center for battery replacement. I

A very different type of auto repair experience. Brought my 2018 Chevy Silverado 4x4 LTZ to Stress Free based on their reviews and people I know. Everything I thought I needed, I did not need, and Ony pointed it out to me on a printout which showed me all the work done on my truck. Nice becuase I was ready to get it all done. Ony & the team at Stress-Free Auto Care really helped me out! They were able to squeeze me in to fix a broken tail light before the end of the day today. Recently took my car in to Stress Free Auto Care to get a wheel bearing replaced. Ony Velez the general manager gave me a very competitive initial estimate and then proceeded to reduce the cost even more. Very pleased and grateful for that. It was easy to set up the appointment. I was greeted upon arrival and quickly signed in. I was notified that my car needed additional work and the cost. The additional work was done quickly and the car was ready earlier than expected. The company also paid for a ride home when I dropped of the car.

I've been taking my car here for years and it's always been very straightforward and simple. They explain everything that needs doing and are very honest about what can wait and what can't. My most recent one was shock absorbers. They ordered the parts ahead of time and had it ready by the next morning after a late night drop off

I'm really glad to find Stress Free Auto Care! I was always trying to find somewhere besides the dealerships, and I feel like I found the right place. The staff are very friendly and I don't feel like they are ripping me off. I like how well they communicate with their customers and the features like the web cam are neat.
