Great customer service and excellent mechanics. The mechanics know what they're doing and will inform you every step of the way. I highly recommend this place!

I've been taking my car here for years and it's always been very straightforward and simple. They explain everything that needs doing and are very honest about what can wait and what can't. My most recent one was shock absorbers. They ordered the parts ahead of time and had it ready by the next morning after a late night drop off

I'm really glad to find Stress Free Auto Care! I was always trying to find somewhere besides the dealerships, and I feel like I found the right place. The staff are very friendly and I don't feel like they are ripping me off. I like how well they communicate with their customers and the features like the web cam are neat. I definitely see myself coming back to get all my mechanical needs for my car. Thank you for actually making it as Stress Free as possible.

I like Stress Free because they take good care of my Jeep. I like that they have a loaner car available if needed. Te people are knowledgeable and usually can get service done reasonably quick

I brought my vehicle in to diagnose and repair a thud noise. They had their repair man ride in my car to verify the thud. While the initial repair (control arm and axle replacement) did not resolve the issue, the team ultimately escalated the matter to management and worked with me to find a fair resolution. They also offered a car for me to use while they had my car however I opted to pay for a rental car (8 days). Stress Free Auto Care truly lives up to its name. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and honest from start to finish. I was on a tight budget and they communicated everything clearly, gave me a discount, and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. They kept me updated the whole time and made sure I was getting the best value for what I paid, without any unnecessary add-ons. I'm really grateful for how they handled my car and my situation. George at the front was incredibly welcoming and considerate, making the check-in process smooth and fast.
