I had a issue with my shocks and struts and I was very overwhelmed with trying to figure out how bad the damage was and if my car was okay. They explained to me exactly what the issue(s) were and what the total would look like. They gave me a moment to figure out what I needed to do and they did amazing working on my car. They had great banter and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely return again for any other services my car might need !

The Assistant Eric, was very courteous and attentive to my explanations of my problems. He asked questions that gave him a better understanding of my problems. He seemed genuinely interested in solving my problem The mult point inspection is to be commended for it's clarity of founded conditions

I had flat tire last time. They didn't have the equipment for it. I had to fix it at other place. But, when it get un balance Eric was nice enough to re balance all the tires for free. He had to send one of his mechanic to being my car to their sister shop. I really appreciate it.

My car was due a maintenance check. I made an appointment for the time I requested easily. I brought my car in about 8:30am. I received notices via text about each step as it was taken to evaluate my car. When the inspection had been completed I received a phone call to discuss the work needed. My brakes needed to be replaced. The work was explained in detail. I approved the work. Some parts needed to be ordered. The work was completed including necessary road tests by the end of the day. I got a coupon in the mail and it was time for an oil change. I made an appointment. I arrived on time and they were completely completely ready for me. I was pleasantly surprised at the detail of the things that they check on your car . They checked all of the major hoses and underside visible parts as well as my fluids. They did this digitally and I was able to see what they saw. Listed items in order of things I should consider doing soon and those things that could wait. Eric at Stress-Free Auto Care in Fremont, CA, is to be commended for excellence in customer service. He was able to accommodate my request providing me with a complete history of service records for my car and email those to me since I've moved out of the area. While I lived in Fremont, CA, for over 25 years, they were my only car repair service largely because of their honesty and trustworthiness and because they genuinely care.
