This was my first time using Stress-Free Auto Care. I suspected the front break pads need to be replaced. After the inspection by the technician at the Stress-Free Auto Care, I received a detailed report by a link sent from a text message. I was surprised to learn that the break pads are still good enough to drive another 20,000 miles! The report also listed problems found with photos for each items. Great place to get your car serviced! I recently brought my 10+ year old car here for a tire rotation and oil change. The wait time was a bit too much (2-3 hours) for me to stay and wait so I opted to do a drop-off. They kept in touch via text and when my car was being serviced even sent a link with a live feed showing the garage lol. Friendly chill staff, very communicative throughout the process, and minimal upselling of services I don't need. Can't complain. Will definitely come back when there is more to do on my car.
I had to have repairs done that were recommended after my last visit. They were able to let me know how long it would take and I love that they are upfront about the cost. George and Erick are great at the front desk. Steve is the best!

I went in for a synthetic oil change since I received a coupon in the mail. Erick and his technicians were wonderful to work with. Everyone was really friendly, clearly communicated everything, and finished the work right on time. They also provided a complimentary check of everything. I really appreciated that even with things that they found, there was zero pressure or pushiness to provide additional services. I'll definitely be looking to return to have my other cars serviced, thanks so much!
