Was very skeptical about trying a new place, much less a place I never heard of. My trucks filler hose was cut by someone in the SFO parking garage to try to siphon my gas. I didn't realize it until my check engine light turned on and I tried to put gas in my truck, all the fuel spewed from underneath my truck. From start to finish my experience was wonderful! Everything was explained to me and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Loved receiving the up to date text messages and even received a personal phone call. I may not have liked the expense BUT it is what it is in that department.

So glad I came here after looking this place up on yelp! Erick at the front desk was super helpful and I felt very much taken care of without being unnecessarily charged. I went in to the shop with specific things in mind to be fixed and told Erick all my issues with my Jeep. Awesome employee personalities and service throughout from start to finish. We had car noise, which they identified as being caused by the water pump+timing belt tensioner. They also identified suspension issues with the bushings. We were able to Livestream the garage and see them working on our car, which was a bonus. They completed working on the vehicle within 2 days and we were driving out like it was a new car. Thank you to Stress Free for your awesome service. Armando
