Lives up to the name 100%. They will update you along the way and send pics/videos of your car. May be a little pricey for some, but definitely worth the peace of mind.

The customer service was excellent--everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. Clean waiting room, coffee/tea and snacks in waiting room, open weekdays and weekends, thorough checks, pictures and explanations of recommended work. Friendly staff at service desk and in the shop.

I have a battery replacement for my Volvo. Stress-free has a very quick service and will update you the progress which I like the most. Service was done and they vacuum-clean the inside of the car as a courtesy.

Was very skeptical about trying a new place, much less a place I never heard of. My trucks filler hose was cut by someone in the SFO parking garage to try to siphon my gas. I didn't realize it until my check engine light turned on and I tried to put gas in my truck, all the fuel spewed from underneath my truck.
