Prepurchase car inspection. Scheduling the service was super quick and easy to do via phone. The customer service agent was great at walking me through what all will be done. I received updates from the mechanic when the service was ongoing and a detailed recommendation on what all fixes were necessary. The final inspection did play a critical role in my decision for purchasing the car, so it was a great value add.

Discovered broken bolt in Cylinder Head. Had to disassemble Alternator/Power Steering Bracket assembly and use special Screw Extractor to remove. Missing fasteners on Power Steering Pump. I had to inspect everything the mechanic touched.

Very responsive. Friendly staff. Tires I ordered were there, but my appointment was t in the system when I arrived (despite getting a text confirmation). They fit me and job was done on time. A little on the pricey side, but they have my trust.

Eric and the guys treat me like a VIP when I come for service. They go and above and beyond . I needed to get my car back the same day and Eric made it happen. I also know what work will be done and how much it would cost me. It's a stress free experience

Good service, good environment. Highly recommended for your car's services. I asked for tire rotation on my Tesla and they mentioned it is not worth it and had to replace the tires, they saved me money by being honest.
