It was there 3 days no solution . just had an attitude issue with Eric . maybe a bad day for him . Not happy at all .
Worst service. My car was breakdown and towed to Stress free. 3 days they kept the car and couldnt figure out tge issue and asking for extra time. Paid 410$ and couldnt figure out the issue. Just grabbing the money. Towed my car to Subaru service and fixed the issue in 2 hours. Also covered under warrany. I dont recommend to go to stress free auto care. You will loose your money
Last year, I took paid Stress-Free Auto Care, Fremont to change my Valve Springs on my new engine in my Chevy Truck. After the service, my new truck engine began to burn oil. After dis-assembling the installed Valve Springs, I discovered that there was no Valve Stem Seal! Additionally, I discovered a broken bolt in the cylinder head and missing fasteners. I am very displeased with the quality of workmanship and will never go back to Stress-Free Auto.
Hi, I was there for changing oil and filter which was fine. but the Manager that I think his name was Eric( I am not sure about the name) he told me that we had inspected your car and it need to change something in the car and we let you know after inspection how much does it cost and said between 400$ -1000$ it may cost you . He was forcing me to do that and said even you can't get home if you don't do that. I took it to Lexus and two other shop and they all confirmed that there is no problem and everything is fine. Great service! Prices are a little higher than others upfront but if you work with them, they provide their value and expertise to save you money. They took care of me and made sure the service I wanted was the correct service and the work they did worked like a charm. They had foresight on some things that weren't showing in the moment but were likely to happen several months down the line and gave me great advice on how to mitigate them. This was my first time using Stress-Free Auto Care. I suspected the front break pads need to be replaced. After the inspection by the technician at the Stress-Free Auto Care, I received a detailed report by a link sent from a text message. I was surprised to learn that the break pads are still good enough to drive another 20,000 miles! The report also listed problems found with photos for each items.
