The Assistant Eric, was very courteous and attentive to my explanations of my problems. He asked questions that gave him a better understanding of my problems. He seemed genuinely interested in solving my problem The mult point inspection is to be commended for it's clarity of founded conditions

I had flat tire last time. They didn't have the equipment for it. I had to fix it at other place. But, when it get un balance Eric was nice enough to re balance all the tires for free. He had to send one of his mechanic to being my car to their sister shop. I really appreciate it.

I went in for an oil change and they did amazing. I had a positive interaction with the staff and I appreciate the overall vehicle inspection that was performed.

My car was due a maintenance check. I made an appointment for the time I requested easily. I brought my car in about 8:30am. I received notices via text about each step as it was taken to evaluate my car. When the inspection had been completed I received a phone call to discuss the work needed. I got a coupon in the mail and it was time for an oil change. I made an appointment. I arrived on time and they were completely completely ready for me. I was pleasantly surprised at the detail of the things that they check on your car . They checked all of the major hoses and underside visible parts as well as my fluids. He was able to accommodate my request providing me with a complete history of service records for my car and email those to me since I've moved out of the area. While I lived in Fremont, CA, for over 25 years, they were my only car repair service largely because of their honesty and trustworthiness and because they genuinely care. I absolutely love coming to this shop! Everyone is so nice, especially Erick and Steve! 10/10 would recommend coming here for honesty, price transparency, and quick and good work on your vehicle. My most recent service was replacing a part of my skid plate, they did it in under 10 minutes!
Just had oil changes on my two cars. All went well! The courtesy engine digital inspections were very thorough. Good services over all.
