I was a customer at D & H before it was acquired by Stress-Free. The quality of service both before and after the acquistion has always been great. I recently had an issue with my heater/air conditioner on my Jeep Wrangler. After the initial repair last year, I experienced the same problem again. Stress-Free diagnosed the problem as a defective part, and decided to replace the entire assembly, which was a pretty substantial job. It's a daunting task to search for a mechanic who can answer your questions and be very detailed. These guys were fantastic and quick with my repair. They addressed the issue and provided recommendations on next steps. The value is great with no hidden fees or agendas. Will use again

First, I walked in and Brent was very accommodating. I got the vibe of an honest family man. They checked my brakes and they've got more to go. You can be sure I'll go back to Stress-free Auto and have them changed when it's time.

I would like to give a big shout out to Stress Free Auto Care in Concord. The whole process was professional, Courteous and as described. I took my 70 Eldorado to stress free because it would not start. I was greeted in a professional manner. I was spoken to by all staff like I was a person and not just an invoice. Taking a car to the mechanic can be a stressful time. Most mechanics and auto shops talk to you like you are stupid. This was not the case at stress free. Whoa - talk about either good luck or great customer service. I walked in without an appointment at the end of the business day and crossed my fingers as I asked when I could get in for an oil change. My ever-changing schedule makes it hard to plan these things in advance so I was really hoping I could do a same-day stop in, and it was only a moment or two later that one of the technicians said he had time that day and I'd be out of there with fresh synthetic in less than 30 minutes. Stress free is the real deal! I made an appointment online for a wheel alignment and oil change for the following day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by awesome and friendly staff, and given a very reasonable quote in the office (which was super clean and had a nice waiting area).
