I brought my car here because it was jerking in idle. I came to Stress Free Auto specifically because the yelp reviews were really great. The front desk person was really chill and down to earth, and I got pictures of all the inspection points right to my phone which I liked. They diagnosed an oil leak, and faulty spark plugs from the previous mechanic using cheap parts. Great staff, and excellent service. Very transparent with pricing for services, and very thorough in terms of checking your vehicle. They do not pull the old "oh you needed this, so we just did that too without asking you", which I very much appreciate.

I needed my fuel injectors replaced. The quote is half what the dealer would charge. Great price, pleasant customer service and expertise advices. My check engine light came back on after I pick up my car. Alex said to bring it back for a free diagnosis since service was done here. Error code P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1). Larry tells me what the problem was and had due to the previous stuck fuel injector dumping excessive fuel to the engine. Our first experience with Stress-Free (formerly D&H) in Concord. We knew we needed an oil change on our MDX. Service codes were also displayed. Larry checked them and told us one called for engine valve adjustments per the factory spec. We agreed to add it. Stress-Free kept us updated throughout the process. I received a text notification that the original quote had changed and asking for our approval. My first thought was, "Here we go..." Great service. I needed a part installed and them I needed my car within 2 hours, and fortunately it was a minor problem and fixed within 20 minutes. Larry is very accommodating and nice to deal with. Very happy with service.

I purchased their oil change through groupon. I like their text messaging system on how they notify you about your car. It's a little pricey for me. But great service and would definitely come back if I can afford it.
