I have a quirky performance car that needed a diagnosis. I called up and got an appointment right away. Upon arrival we discussed the problem, reviewed the service record, and the techs started work and had it fixed that day. We discovered some other maintenance items, and I received a written estimate and a time frame for completion almost immediately. We received a flyer with coupons for A/C and synthetic oil change at a phenomenal cost. 1st experience was back in June or July having our A/C charged. 2nd experience was yesterday for a synthetic oil change in our 2014 Traverse. The staff there is amazing- friendly- informative and professional. They DO NOT try to upsell- talk you into spending more or pressure sales. Would recommend this business to anyone in the area. I don't always write reviews, but when I do I make sure my review is warranted. If you had asked me to write a review the first time I brought my car in at Stress-Free, I wouldn't have given the service/business 5 stars. While they did what they could do to help me with my car issue, their customer service wasn't the best. The service advisor who was helping me that time was helpful, but arrogant and seemed very unhappy with his job. I was so pleased with Stress-Free Auto Care. I had a problem with the oil and needed a same day appointment. They were able to get me in and I was so pleasantly surprised with everything. Their garage space is so well organized and mechanics seemed focused. Customer service was excellent as I was greeted with a welcome smile and courteous listening. Great service! I dropped off my vehicle and they took care of the rest and were able to get my car up and running fairly quickly. Not hoping that my car runs into any issues again, but if it does, I'd definitely want to come back here again for my auto needs!

Stress-Free Auto Care is just as advertised: stress free! After some horrible experiences at dealerships, I was determined to find an alternative. I stumbled across this place and very happy I did. So far, they have done a couple repairs on my car and I also recently received an oil change and tire rotation. I was shocked that I was able to get my car back so quickly! Is it weird to give an auto repair shop 5 stars? So many get a bad rep, but Stress-Free do it right. I brought my car in for a super weird issue that could have been a ton of things. I appreciate that the mechanics let me show them the issue on my car and also let me tell them what I thought the problem may be. Once I left the car with them, I got regular text updates and pictures regarding the inspection they did, which was super thorough.
