The guys in the office are great, wonderful customer service. My brakes were done in a few hours so we hung out in the waiting room where they have charging cables, coffee, and snacks to nosh on. The big plus is they get you an Uber to and from home while you wait there. Thanks guys!
My check engine light came on and knowing nothing about cars I was really scared on what this could mean. I need my car to commute 90+ miles to and from work. I took my car into Strees Free Auto Care and Mickey was very professional, friendly and helpful. He explained how everything would go and even worked with me with the price instead of trying to double charge me (I had already had a diagnostic at the Stress Free Auto Care in SF). My brakes were bad. They were able to do them in a timely manner. The service advisor was competent and gave me an honest diagnosis. The price was average market rate.

Been going to the Concord location for a few years now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Very fair prices on work done.

Had my car serviced by Leandro in the Concord location. What an amazing professional. Went for maintenance, and Ken, the store manager, was so professional, and he walked me through all the process. Coffee was such a treat. Again, don't hesitate to visit that store. I am very pleased. Was treated with lots of respect and knowing what to expect it's such a peace of mind. Happy customer!
