Highly recommend this establishment. The staff here will do their best to get the Job done. In my experience, they didn't get the job done but the district manager was able to get everything situated. Thank you Matt for going above and beyond.

message stree free auto care for an estimate to install lowering springs. jason replied and ask for vin # saying that is needed for him to "due diligence to provide you with the most accurate information possible" well that is odd, he is the only one out of 7 request companies doing the same estimate. 4 days later after giving jason my vin # still have not got a estimate for the job i asked for. this sounds like a scan or something now jason have ghosted me after giving him my vin #. beware of this shop.

I brought my Ford Escape to them as I was experiencing a very low brake pedal. Pumping the pedal would temporarily raise the pedal until the next time I applied the brakes. They assured me they could fix the issue. The first guess was to flush the brake fluid and add new fluid. The result, No change. Pedal still low. Next guess, install a new master cylinder. I was in the middle of moving and my car started causing me problems, initially I was told the car had a significant issue and I was stressed over moving and the cost of the service but when they got to look at it, it was something completely different and way less costly. Update: I am revising my original review after consultation with the business owner who was gracious to listen to my concerns and offer acceptable solutions. Staff treated me warmly. I would not hesitate to contact them for future needs.

Great bunch of guys , Top notch service. These guys go out of their way to make sure you and your vehicle are safe. So many shops treat you like just another car, Not these boys They do a wonderful job on making sure youll come back. I wont take my cars anywhere else anymore.
So glad I stumbled upon this place! I originally went bc I thought I would get 15% off as a Costco member, turns out that isn't the case for a simple oil change but they still gave me a discount anyway and apologized for the confusion. I also dropped my car off and mentioned I'd be walking home but the guy helping me said it was too hot to walk and insisted on calling me a Lyft.
