Absolutely amazing customer service. I came in for a problem that Pep Boys wouldn't work on. Alex gave me a quote of the price for labor because I already had the part. I showed up and was told about the inspection being done on my car. All services get this inspection. The mechanic/s took pictures of everything they inspected. I was then sent a text message with everything they recommended I get done soon, what could wait a bit, and what was good with my car. great mechanic, good customer service. Tim came out to help me free up the gas line flare nut on my mustang. Ended up having to cut the line to get the old pump out. He installed the new pump and even researched the final part I needed to get Peaches back on the road. Ahove and beyond customer service. I highly recommend Tim. The price was very fair as well.

We have had a few cars serviced at the Monument Blvd, Concord, CA location. They are very responsive via text. Payment is easy but more importantly the repairs are solid. Very happy with the service at Stress-Free!

I first came to Stress-Free Auto Care in September when my car was over-heating. I had a significant radiator problem that required immediate attention in order to drive my car. I spoke with and met Alex. He was professional, prompt and honest. A diagnostic was completed and when I was considering whether or not to proceed, Alex assured me that their work was guaranteed. Called for an oil change and they got me in right away. Read some reviews online before deciding to bring my car in to them and I was not disappointed! Excellent customer service and up front pricing. Not something you get everyday when decide on service for your vehicle. I was so pleased I scheduled more service with them and I think I have finally found my long term service department for all my vehicles! Will post again after I have my brakes done... you just got a new loyal customer and it was truly "stress-free"!

I recently brought my Volvo XC90 in for a high pressure power steering hose replacement and they were able to take care of in a few days for a much better price than I was quoted from the dealership. I'm very happy with the work they did and will be going back if other issues should come up.
