My experience here was anything but stressless!!! We took my wife's car in on the 5/18 and we finally got her car back today 6/14. They had my car right at a month and they kept bouncing back and forth between the dealer ship and stressless auto. I finally got my car back today. It seems like they really don't know their ass from a whole in the ground! I most definitely will not and would not take any of my vehicles to this place again. Brought my Kia Telluride in for a 4 wheel alignment thru Groupon. Made an appointment and was taken right on time. Alex is incredibly helpful and professional. Mario was my tech who has worked on other cars of mine and he is very knowledgeable and explains everything he finds or does. They also provide a 21 point inspection which is a nice bonus. Was in and out in an hour and the work was superlative. Now my Telly tracks perfectly. I would highly recommend their services!

I found this shop on Groupon for a wheel alignment and was able to schedule my appointment on line the same week. I showed up and before I could get settled in, they were finished with my service! It was less than an hour and the care feels stable and steady when I drive. I will definitely be back for more services.

First off, I hate going to any "Auto" appointment because I have had bad experiences and have always left feeling completely ripped off and like I still don't totally understand what was wrong with my vehicle but left with a huge bill. I had an amazing experience here! They gave great customer service and I felt taken care of and like I fully understood what was wrong. brought my car in for the second time ( first time was just an oil change ) and had brakes, rotors and valve cover gaskets changed out on my Audi Q5. Stress Free did another great job! Up front, fair pricing and always super courteous, I think I can safely say I have found the honest mechanics I will use for all my vehicles moving forward. Communication goes a long way to solving issues before they happen. Unfortunately stress-free auto care failed to do any of that in my experience. For the first time since owning my car, I had a bunch of warning lights come up, so I reached out to several different auto body shops via Yelp to see who would be able to help. This was the first time I used SFAC and what a great EXPERIENCE. I was able to get the service requested and got my car the same day. They provide timely updates and never performed any unnecessery service without authorization. The best part is they are less then 2 min away so I can drive, drop my car and walk back home in less than 10 minutes. Now that's convenience. With a lot of auto service on that corridor, make them your first and last stop for your auto care.
