Stress free is the real deal! I made an appointment online for a wheel alignment and oil change for the following day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by awesome and friendly staff, and given a very reasonable quote in the office (which was super clean and had a nice waiting area). 0 star for this shop. I called them last Saturday to get my car check out due to Emission system problem. The guy I spoke to told me to bring my car Sunday so they can check what's going on and they're going to charge me $130 for diagnosis and they can roll it over to any repairs that needs to be done. I also called Honda dealership that day. Honda is charging me $190 for diagnosis, Went back Sunday and spoke to Alex. I asked for the cost of a 60K tuneup on my Honda. I gave the year, model, mileage, etc. The reply said to make and appt. and come in for the quote. If I call other Auto Care places they give me a quote and don't make me come in. Very disappointed.

Scam for diagnostic purpose, lied about what was wrong with me vehicle and tried to charge me three times the amount of replacing a starter; although that was not the issue! So I would have paid even more money to get the problem fix;which was a vvt actuator.
