Scam for diagnostic purpose, lied about what was wrong with me vehicle and tried to charge me three times the amount of replacing a starter; although that was not the issue! So I would have paid even more money to get the problem fix;which was a vvt actuator.

Good shop. I was initially concerned after getting a quote for brake pads/rotors that far exceeded my expectations but that's what I get for buying a Porsche. Price was fair and service was good. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in the concord area.

I wrote last week about my initial experiences with Stress-Free Auto Care, and gave them five stars then; I just picked up my car and I would give them 10 stars now if I could! They saved me major headaches, and a lot of money--very understanding, very cooperative very responsive. I think I have found the auto repair place for the rest of my days... I couldn't possibly recommend them any higher than this--they are the best I've run into in Contra Costa County yet!

I appreciate them for their customer service and them being open on the weekends . I had to tow my car up to the Shop to get some work done. And they got me a ride home. I also appreciate them communicating throughout the process. I value the experience I had. I didn't have a major service done. But I feel the service I got done was pretty reasonable priced

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to get a quote for several service needs for my car. The phone rep asked me to bring in the car 2/25 Sun so they could inspect it and provide quote but when I showed up; they didn't have me in the appointment book, did not inspect my car and just verbally gave me some quotes for tires, break pads. Great experience with " Stress-free auto care" . I picked them out of many other participants of " Costco auto program " and I've made a right decision!! I took my car to them for wheel alignment after bought 4 brand new tires from Costco and also needed a diagnostic. Everything was taking care of , now my car is running smoothly as new.
