Deceptive practices. Told something different on the phone. After wasting my time driving over the story changed. The clerk was unprofessional and repeatedly said, 'I don't want to be 'that' guy, but...' as he continued to contradict himself. I took my car elsewhere. Can't rate repairs, didn't trust with my car. This was awhile ago; Yelp asked for a review today. I hadn't thought of them since.

I came in pretty close to close on a Saturday with my check engine light and was set up for an appointment early Sunday morning. Had a vague idea that it was something to do with my thermostat and engine potentially overheating. Stress-Free Auto Care was honest and up front about their process and very timely with responses and text updates. My Honda Pilot leaked engine oil. StressFree quickly did a diagnose and replaced the Crankcase gasket and PCV valve. It is a relatively big job, but they finished it in the same day. The StressFree people are passionate about their work, and they take the time to do a Quality Control Test to make sure the customers don't have to come back for the same problem. Had my engine replaced by Stress Free after they diagnosed a manufacturer defect, causing a complete engine failure. This was the only Stress Free that worked on diesel engines. Took about 2 months to get the job done after the warranty repair was approved. Had a few issue to include a faulty wire and smoke coming from the engine after the the job was complete. Check in process was smooth. Service was performed in a timely manner and they were very communicative during the whole process. Only issue was a slight confusion on pickup and not already having the insurance payment posted, but otherwise no issues.

I have been around this area a lot due to shopping at Costco; the purple building is beautiful and definitely something to stare at when you drive by. I entered the premises 15 minutes before my appointment (they do walk ins & appointments can be made online) and was immediately greeted with a smile and assisted with my Groupon voucher. I came in for a wheel alignment (I spent $66 on Groupon, regular rate is $149) They offered me a LYFT (up to $15) so I didn't have to wait around for my vehicle.
