They honestly have great communication and great customer service! I am not very knowledgeable on cars, so they also did a great job in explaining what was wrong with mine and why. I'd definitely recommend them if you need a good auto shop to take your car to!

My experience at Stress-Free Auto Care was indeed stress free! They were wonderful from the phone intake until the car was complete. They quoted me the diagnostic price, told me what to expect, provided regular text updates of the work they were performing, and had the whole thing done in less than three hours. For context, the dealership wanted to keep my car for the entire weekend just to diagnose it. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely return.

I was impressed with the speed of service. Repairs were completed within a couple of hours on a Sunday. Jay was great and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

Arthur and his team were great! They were able to diagnose the mysterious smell coming from the car and do a complete inspection of the vehicle and my air conditioning system. I recommend them highly and will continue to use them for our auto needs.

Very easy to make an appointment online. They have a nice, clean waiting area that includes coffee, snacks, chargers, plenty of seating and even a candle! My oil changes have been completed promptly and they explain their inspections clearly without pressuring you to have additional work done.

I was very happy they could see me that day. I was visiting from out of town and my check engine light came on. The kid that helped me , Jay was top notch! Knew his job, kept me informed as the day progressed. They sent email updates as well as text, which I liked very much. They even offered to get a Uber if necessary. I'm just not sure how I feel about this place. I have taken my car in twice now, both times for the check engine light. The first time there was a leak in one of the hoses or something of that sort and they "fixed" for a decent price. It took a whole week but ok at least it was fixed or so I thought. Picked my car up, the day after the check engine light comes on again, I figure it's under warranty so it should be covered, we were told that over the phone and confirmed over the phone about 3 times.
