I was very happy they could see me that day. I was visiting from out of town and my check engine light came on. The kid that helped me , Jay was top notch! Knew his job, kept me informed as the day progressed. They sent email updates as well as text, which I liked very much. They even offered to get a Uber if necessary. I'm just not sure how I feel about this place. I have taken my car in twice now, both times for the check engine light. The first time there was a leak in one of the hoses or something of that sort and they "fixed" for a decent price. It took a whole week but ok at least it was fixed or so I thought. Picked my car up, the day after the check engine light comes on again, I figure it's under warranty so it should be covered, we were told that over the phone and confirmed over the phone about 3 times. These guys handled my complicated project very thoroughly. I had a Tesla Model Y with an issue that was very difficult to diagnose. The knocking sounds were very quiet, and I honestly did not believe it would be possible to find the problem. But these guys were able to find it, and I am very happy. Thank you very much to them. It took longer than expected, but that is completely understandable for such a complicated diagnostic like mine.
