Repairs where just completed and the Highlander only gets out on weekends so it could be a few weeks before we know if there are/were any issues with the repairs.
I've been coming here for a few years and I've always been treated extremely well
work was done quickly and staff understood my situation and got me on my way as quickly as possible.
Stress Free went above and beyond in trying to understand the cause of a weird hum in the car we had taken to them for inspection, including coming on a test drive with me, agreeing that the hum was louder than usual and looked up some potential causes.
Great shop, highly recommend. Found out the issue was smaller than anticipated and did not go off of the what I was told was wrong with it from somewhere else. Very happy with the outcome!
