Probably, the best experience I've had with a mechanic since I moved to the Bay Area. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and a fixed tire for less than $200 total. Plus it was all done within 2 hours. Previous mechanics I'd gone too would take at least 4 or 5. Only slight ding I would give was the lyft credit to go home or wherever. It's only for rides that are $15 or less in cost, so I still had to pay for the ride back. The guy over the phone, most likely someone they outsource to handle online inquiries was kind of rude. But the guys who are at the front desk were super kind. Including the mechanic. Jonte was the one that helped me and walked me through the service and clearly explained all charges which was helpful. My issue was more complex but if I had a simpler car issue I'd definitely go to them.

Needed to get my brakes fixed and chose Stress-Free Auto Care for the work. The prices are reasonable and the customer service was top notch. As a hotel general manager, customer service is incredibly important to me. Even if I may be paying a higher price, the service offsets that. They provided a $15 Lyft credit to get home after dropping my car off, communicated efficiently, and finished my car quicker than I expected. Grade A all around!

Service was done on time. Though to minimize wait time would recommend booking an appointment. Got oil change. Clean waiting room with WiFi. Prices were reasonable.
