I've been to Stress Free on Stevens Creek before and had a better experience with staff there. But this one was ok. I appreciate the live stream of the shop. The company provides an Uber/Lyft credit which I didn't need this time, but it's a nice option to have. I took my Mazda 3 in for a service, brake fluid flush, and an alignment cause I figured those things would be cheaper than the dealership; they weren't. An oil change first of all was $125, brake flush $300, alignment $180. Their upselling is also pretty excessive. ... read more

I made an appointment online and met with Tae to drop off my car in the morning. He is the definition of great customer service! He's friendly, warm, and animated - his positive energy was so infectious that I left in a great mood. What a great guy! In addition to Tae's great customer service, I like that they offer pictures of your inspection and lets you know what requires immediate attention, and what can wait. The transparency gives me more peace of mind (and less stress!)

Came in with bad wipers on my car and they checked it right away even w/o appointments. Parts came right away and got it replaced fast!

They took me in right away over the phone, and thank the gods, because my battery has to be jumped just to get there. They were warm and friendly, seemed on the level. They paid for my Lyft to go to lunch whole They worked on the car. Got an oil change, general inspection, and tire rotation in, in addition to installing a new car battery. I had been putting off some maintenance because it's so inconvenient not to have a car, but when I finally couldn't wait, I was offered a courtesy car. This made the experience so great. The guys at Stress-Free are so nice and kind. My car was actually finished in a day instead of the two that was estimated. They are straight forward and tell you what really needs to be done and what can be put off a bit. The price seemed very fair. I've been patronizing this company for a few years and always have great service.
