At initial drop off of my company car, I was so impressed. I drove the car to the shop and they offered to drive me back to my office. They perform a very detailed inspection of the car. For me, the biggest inspection perk was they offered the issues itemized that were recommend for attention including explanations and pictures. They also add the items that are in good working condition that do not need any attention to. The only negative with the whole experience was the price. It's hard to be "stress-free" any time you bring your car in for service. This repair shop seems to do an honorable job to meet that goal which fits their company's namesake. From start to finish, they prove themselves to be professional and met every commitment. Everyone you deal with was friendly, courteous, and responsive (Tae, Tristen, Drew). Took my older truck in for brake inspection. Easy straightforward process. They provided photos while they were inspecting. Provided estimates via text which was nice (allowed me time to see what next step I wanted to take). Never pushy. Will be coming back.
