Dropping off and picking up car went very smoothly. Setting up appointment was quick. Estimate process ok. All calls done by off site call center. Car was reviewed for possible current or future work with estimates. Friendly service.
I had a great experience with this shop. Sorry I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was great - very knowledgeable and easy to talk with and scheduled things for us super promptly so we got our service right away.
