Went to the Milpitas facility to fix a coolant leak. The diagnosis was accurate and fast, work was done in time and they kept me updated during entire process. They are friendly and professional, transparent work, no gimmicks or surprises. Nice facility, comfortable waiting area. No complaints at all, my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

Third time coming here and the experience is always welcoming and easy. Came in to get some of the recommended repairs and Tae quickly brought up the list needed. I also mentioned that I was in a time crunch and needed the vehicle done by a certain time. Tae made it his priority to accommodate that by starting with ordering parts needed ASAP.
