Went to the Milpitas facility to fix a coolant leak. The diagnosis was accurate and fast, work was done in time and they kept me updated during entire process. They are friendly and professional, transparent work, no gimmicks or surprises. Nice facility, comfortable waiting area. No complaints at all, my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

I've been getting my Mazda serviced at stress-free since a couple of years (except for repairs only dealers could do). Very accommodating (when I missed appointments) and don't try to sell you unwanted services. Quick and reliable. Transparent and honest pricing.

Third time coming here and the experience is always welcoming and easy. Came in to get some of the recommended repairs and Tae quickly brought up the list needed. I also mentioned that I was in a time crunch and needed the vehicle done by a certain time. Tae made it his priority to accommodate that by starting with ordering parts needed ASAP. Brought in my Jeep to be serviced for a oil change. Scheduled online which was super easy. Dropped it off in the morning and Tae was extremely nice and informative. He made the process easy for me, a new customer. While being serviced I received text updates on what things were good with my vehicle and things that I'd want to consider bringing back for service. They really do live up to the name! I went in about to burn my car down because my car wouldn't stop beeping at me! Tae (I think that was his name) was more than helpful and fixed the problem in minutes! Definitely going back.

We have been using Stress Free Auto for several years now. We have always had great, reliable service. Their communication is awesome with the texts and photos you receive from them. They make it extremely easy to book service on line. We also appreciate that they are open on weekends. I always have a fantastic experience getting my car and tires repaired at Stress-Free Auto Care! From start to finish, everything is stress-free and well-organized. I have my BMW service at stress free auto care with noise in the engine bay. After diagnosed and found the noise is from the valvetronic motor issue and provide me with a quote may help to fix this issue by updating the SW and recalibrate the valvetronic motor. This service is more cheaper than replacing the unit. Therefore, I agreed with the SW update and it fixed the issue. I strongly recommend stress free auto care for the professionals and they try the best to save you money.
