My experience was very good
Had the front brake pads and rotors replaced, 300 miles and a week later I feel pretty confident in saying that they did an excellent job! Had the pleasure of working with Jason. He provided excellent communication and was as friendly and approachable as they come. You can tell he takes pride in the work that this shop produces so I already made an appointment for a 60k service on my Kia. Will review again after that's completed. I needed a pre-purchase inspection in Milpitas and don't live near there. The initial call was professional, helpful and clear. Made an appointment for two days later on a Saturday at the time I wanted. When I arrived, I was expected and the intake was efficient and friendly. Professional, passionate, timely, and very kind. Excellent service.
I had my FIAT front wheel bearing replace done. Original diagnosis from a dealer pointed to the other side (left vs right) of the vehicle as problematic but correctly only one side that was bad has been replaced. Overall repair price came down like 4x! Great job :)
