I called for a quote and from that point on, Made In Japan kept in contact with me providing parts and labor costs, timeliines, etc The pricing was fair and I gave the go ahead. Parts arrived in a day and we scheduled the work to be done. They were flexible and fast with no surprises. Matt was my contact and he provided excellent customer service; he provided updates throughout the process and suggested additional work to be done without any pressure. Customers service at this place is helpful and professional. The misread the diagnosis on my car and performed the repair. I understand this could happened anywhere but they recognized their mistake and corrected the problem. They offered me credit on the labor towards another repair my car needed. They handled their mistake professionally. This is what matters. At the end everything worked out. Despite the incident, I would recommend this place to other drivers.

High quality work, professionally delivered. Major engine work on my 18-year old truck was completed to my full satisfaction. They email lots of details & photos about your estimate, and the shuttle service to/from home, plus arranging a rental car for me, was super convenient. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

I don't know what it is with Toyota trucks, you take care of them and they just refuse to quit. You can't kill them even if you wanted to. I call them the Immortal Automobile. Although you refer to your car as an old car but it is in such a great condition that we all feel that you have another 18-years to go. I recently had work done On my BMW 545 I at made in Japan made in Europe and I had purchased my own Parts from a local reputable parts warehouse and when I took the car in to have the work done Because I had brought my own parts in they said they could not Guarantee The work Or parts and I was fine with that but they called me at work and told me that the parts were not the correct ones so they had to order the parts and I paid extra money because they had to order the parts but when they purchased the parts they did not cor... read more

I needed to have my 1989 Toyota pickup inspected and serviced so it would be up to the task of carrying a full load as well as pulling a U-Haul trailer from San Jose to Las Vegas. This pickup hasn't been a daily driver in about 20 years so it has mostly spent the past 20 years either parked on the street or sitting inside my garage. I want to start off by saying I'm pretty upset with the Services I received.  I took my car in originally for the oil leak and smoke coming out from the exhaust.  To my understanding the smokey tail pipe was assumed fixed by your techs which was why you mentioned to drive about 400 miles so that the residual oil will dissipate.  Now 500 miles later I was still getting a significant amount of smoke from the tail pipe. The work performed is clean and thorough as well as all proposed scope is professionally outlined and clearly stated. Communication is very good and Rafael is quick to get back to you with the required repair.

Way overpriced service and recommended tire changes even though I had thousands of miles of life on the tires.

They don't stand behind their work and are complete rip-offs. Charged me 2,800 to flush my regeneration system. And oil change. Next day the exhaust codes came on again exactly the same issue and they told me it's a sensor. When I had already told them it was. These guys are scammers. No warranty for sure.
