I believe is you have simple job like oil change or tier rotation you can go there. But if you have serious issue like electrical problem, don't go there you are wasting you time. Their technician have lack of knowledge. thy spend lots of time on you care with out discovering the problem! Take you car to a reputable mechanic.

I've been to a lot of auto shops and I've never been treated this well. The guy behind the desk was friendly and informative. He took his time to explain what was happening with my car and what needed to be done, instead of throwing costs out like others shops. They had a driver who dropped me off and my car was done quickly and cleaned. 10/10 I'll be coming here again

Very happy to have found this shop. The communication was clear and Micah gave me the good news that my car was in relatively good shape (besides the problem I came in with). I always worry that shops will "find" something wrong that maybe could wait, and that was happily not the case here. I'll be back for future work!

We had great service here. We had to have our vehicle towed here on Thursday afternoon. We delt with Micah and he is not only super personable, but he worked with us to get us the best price he could. He was on top of it when it came to updating us and communicating. The work is top quality and was done very timely. This shop even sends you pictures of the broken parts! Very straight forward and excellent customer service. They just gained a new customer in us!

I had a broken rear driver side window regulator and was lucky enough to acquire the parts myself and made in Japan USA Europe was able to install my part just fine. Communication with the office was professional and timely and the shuttle service was a big help to alleviate any disruption to my day. In the end my part was installed for a lower price than other shops had quoted me in the San Jose area and I am very satisfied. This place is a complete scam. I took my car there for an oil change, because the shop I usually go to was completely booked for weeks. These guys tried to push thousands of dollars of "repair" work and they won't even let me leave because it's "not safe". I almost had to call the cops. Needless to say my mechanic called it BS as my car is regularly serviced and very well maintained. Needed some help installing my wiper blades, which I bought aftermarket, and couldn't seem to get them to fit properly. Searched "Toyota Dealership" near my work and Made in Japan/USA/Europe popped up. Went over and Ralph was quick to greet me. I explained the issue and he jumped up from his desk and came outside to help.
