I called last minute on a Friday afternoon because I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a quality car from a private seller. Please take your car here! Matt and his team have taken care of me on several occasions. Recently we were desperate to keep our cars going safe and legal. His team made sure I got the repairs I needed to get our cars working properly for our needs and to get smog done. My 17-year-old son's dream car (Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8) that he bought with his own money needed some work done and we had made an appointment for a Saturday with a different car shop that we were told was open on Saturdays for business. Look no further for a great mechanic! I used to take my car to the dealership for all maintenance and repairs and either I paid too much or the problem wouldn't be fixed the first time. Excellent service, the type that's increasingly hard to find. Staff was professional, thorough, and friendly. Shuttle service to/from shop was greatly appreciated! (another sign that M.I.J. goes the extra mile (literally) to take good care of its customers. Pricing was reasonable, and all issues were explained thoroughly. I love this place, and will be back with any other service needs!
Made in Japan has serviced our Prius for the past two years. Being new to Campbell in 2019 I appreciated their prompt, courteous, efficient service and, especially, their trustworthiness. They are a great team Highly recommend them!
It has now been 11 years, 2 kids and 2 cars later and I have still been entrusting Matt and his team to take care of our vehicles and they have consistently delivered outstanding service and value. I had all the arrangements made to donate my old, un-working Isuzu Trooper to charity but something inside me told me to give her one last chance.
