I wrote an earlier review with 1 star, and the owner answered it. Unfortunately, he missed the dates when he answered. My review was solely "I called, left a voicemail, and no one called back after two days." His answer was completely about Labor Day and the recent heat wave, but the events described were Aug. 24, well before then. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE These people are either incompetent or liars. I took a car I was considering buying for a pre-purchase inspection. They told me it was in great shape with no problems. Turns out, most of the car's suspension was totally shredded, and I needed to spend $3000 to get it fixed. Whether they're incompetent or just scammers, I don't know. DO NOT GO HERE

Great service, honest, friendly and responsive. Rick even stayed open longer to wait for the car to be towed in. Rick went sent photos of the repairs needed to be done, he went over each photo thoroughly with a follow up phone call. The repairs were done within a day.

My husband and I trust this repair shop and the mechanics, managers, and staff we have worked with. I would be nervous to go anywhere else. Been going for years, through 2 owners. Still service you can count on. They work with AAA too.

My 2003 Camry SE was having problems with its ABS/traction and control sensor after a major overhaul of the steering control, shock &strut, and valve cover gasket and we were due to take a long trip to the state of Washington. The best auto service I've ever received! Car shuttle service, friendly staff, and most importantly, a very honest crew. I wasn't upsold or over charged for anything. It was a clear and honest discussion about my car's health and for that, I can't recommend Made in Japan/USA/Europe enough!

I used to take my car to the dealer but hated the way I was treated there so several years ago, I looked for another option and tried MIJ based on their location and customer reviews.
