I had to take my car in for 105K tuneup. Glad I took it when I did because they found several small oil leaks. Matt and his team are great. I am also glad that they offered me a ride both ways.
I have done a significant my amount of business with Made in Japan and I've been fairly happy with the quality of their work that's far however, with this last transaction and tremendous amount of work that they did on my daughters Toyota SUV I completely and thoroughly feel like I was hustled I asked him over and over and over and over again to please go through the entire vehicle with a fine tooth comb and let me know any and all items that were wrong with the car. Dear MIJ team, MIJ been servicing my 2006 Honda Odyssey for the past roughly 10 years. Last summer we drove 2500 miles up to Canada and back and the Odyssey ran great. A week ago Sunday we drove to Tahoe. This was our first trip to the snow in 8 years. We brought chains but have never used them in the past. The drive there was beautiful and clear. Made in Japan pricing for manufacturer schd. maintenance is roughly $200 less than dealer cost/ maintenance date. Their techs are good. All personnel are nicely up to speed. They'll pick you up & bring you home. it's a good place to do business.

Ever since the first time coming here I have felt respected and cared for which has been a rare experience as a woman in my 20's.
