Look no further for a great mechanic! I used to take my car to the dealership for all maintenance and repairs and either I paid too much or the problem wouldn't be fixed the first time. Excellent service, the type that's increasingly hard to find. Staff was professional, thorough, and friendly. Shuttle service to/from shop was greatly appreciated! (another sign that M.I.J. goes the extra mile (literally) to take good care of its customers. Pricing was reasonable, and all issues were explained thoroughly. I love this place, and will be back with any other service needs!
Made in Japan has serviced our Prius for the past two years. Being new to Campbell in 2019 I appreciated their prompt, courteous, efficient service and, especially, their trustworthiness. They are a great team Highly recommend them!
It has now been 11 years, 2 kids and 2 cars later and I have still been entrusting Matt and his team to take care of our vehicles and they have consistently delivered outstanding service and value. I had all the arrangements made to donate my old, un-working Isuzu Trooper to charity but something inside me told me to give her one last chance. I love this shop and the customer service they provide. From the moment I dropped off my car, I was getting text letting me know the status of my vehicle. I never had to call or check on car. The prices are also competitive compared to the rest of the Bay Area. These guys are honest and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is having car issues.

Great locally owned and operated business specializing in care of my Subaru. Located off of Winchester Drive in San Jose, Made in Japan/USA/Europe is a small business in an industrial area. The reception area is open. Coffee and facilities are available. When I first visited this store, it was for a replacement part. They fit me in quickly. If my friends ask where a good service for car repair I would recommend Made in Japan because I am very satisfied with the work they do in my Jeep. I recently purchased a set of 4 tires, including alignment, and install a light bulb into my jeep. It's funny because when I was at the dealership for some service, I asked the guys at the inside store (parts) how much it cost to change a light bulb into the jeep.
