I want to start off by saying I'm pretty upset with the Services I received.  I took my car in originally for the oil leak and smoke coming out from the exhaust.  To my understanding the smokey tail pipe was assumed fixed by your techs which was why you mentioned to drive about 400 miles so that the residual oil will dissipate.  Now 500 miles later I was still getting a significant amount of smoke from the tail pipe. Alan B Matt Ogabian, MIJ owner and integral team member is very conscientious. Team MIJ will make an effort to make sure the scope of work is fully understood. The work performed is clean and thorough as well as all proposed scope is professionally outlined and clearly stated. Communication is very good and Rafael is quick to get back to you with the required repair.

Way overpriced service and recommended tire changes even though I had thousands of miles of life on the tires.

They don't stand behind their work and are complete rip-offs. Charged me 2,800 to flush my regeneration system. And oil change. Next day the exhaust codes came on again exactly the same issue and they told me it's a sensor. When I had already told them it was. These guys are scammers. No warranty for sure.

Would give zero stars if possible. Took my car there, told them what I wanted, got hosed. Called to get them to look at it again, got ignored. I should have fixed it myself. When I first looked at their completed work, I noticed connectors that were left off, clamps were left off, connections they made on wiring were wrapped with electrical tape that came off almost immediately, things I requested to have done were not done, wires were left dangling loose in engine compartment, car has less power and runs worse than when I d... read more

Updating my review to add another 5 stars on top of the original 5 stars! Again, Matt and his team went above and beyond to fix an issue with my car. Due to no fault of Made in Japan, a warranty issue was taking quite a while to fix, and they not only stayed on top of the issue, they loaned me a car to use while mine was in limbo. Again, highest recommendations for this ethical and family-friendly business. Thanks, Matt and team!

I recently brought my 2006 Toyota Hybrid here for radiator replacement. Matt and his Team diagnosed the problem and got back to me the same day-Tuesday, with an initial quote. The replacement of the radiator and associated parts was performed to my satisfaction. This being a Hybrid Toyota and some of Matt's staff on summer vac added a few more days to the job than I was expecting, yet the repairs were completed by end of day the Monday thereafter. The service here is great! Matt and his team provided my fiancee and I with outstanding service. They kept us updated on the type of service done via text and even contacted us with any additional details. Throughout our interaction, Matt was very professional and straightforward about what had to be done to my fiancee's vehicle prior to working on it. Made in Japan/USA/Europe will be my go to mechanic for all my future Jeep needs (knock on wood). My 2016 Jeep Wrangler had a ticking sound coming from the engine. I had passed the powertrain warranty by 15,000 miles so going to a dealership was going to cost me an arm and a leg.
