My car had white smoke coming out of it and they diagnosed and were able to fix the problem quickly. Rick was especially knowledgeable and professional.

The best auto service I've ever received! Car shuttle service, friendly staff, and most importantly, a very honest crew. I wasn't upsold or over charged for anything. It was a clear and honest discussion about my car's health and for that, I can't recommend Made in Japan/USA/Europe enough!

I used to take my car to the dealer but hated the way I was treated there so several years ago, I looked for another option and tried MIJ based on their location and customer reviews. What a great find! The genuine care and attention MIJ's team shows their customer is like night and day from what I experienced at the dealer, and the quality of the work has always been great. They feel honest and communicate well - I always feel like I'm in good hands. I've converted my husband and father-in-law over to MIJ as well!

I am new to SJ so i bought my car in for an oil change. Joe helped me through all the process and recommended me to fix some of my body damage. i agreed but there was a miscommunication that led to removal of my clear bra on my fenders. The owner Matt was really amazing for repairing the clear bra for me without charging me. My car came out great at the end. will come back

My car was towed to Made in Japan/USA/Europe per AAA recommendation. The repair service was quick and handled professionally. Rick was super nice and knowledgeable. He explains the diagnostics to me in detail and kept me updated on the progress. I am very happy to have them service my car.

I take my BMW to Made in Japan USA Europe for all my service needs and feel very comfortable with the staffs knowledge of vehicles and timelines that they complete jobs! I will continue to use them in the future! It was nice to have shuttle service as well!
These people tried to charge me -$1200 for a problem that I solved for $14 after searching online.
