I am new to SJ so i bought my car in for an oil change. Joe helped me through all the process and recommended me to fix some of my body damage. i agreed but there was a miscommunication that led to removal of my clear bra on my fenders. The owner Matt was really amazing for repairing the clear bra for me without charging me. My car came out great at the end. will come back

My car was towed to Made in Japan/USA/Europe per AAA recommendation. The repair service was quick and handled professionally. Rick was super nice and knowledgeable. He explains the diagnostics to me in detail and kept me updated on the progress. I am very happy to have them service my car.

I take my BMW to Made in Japan USA Europe for all my service needs and feel very comfortable with the staffs knowledge of vehicles and timelines that they complete jobs! I will continue to use them in the future! It was nice to have shuttle service as well!
These people tried to charge me -$1200 for a problem that I solved for $14 after searching online.
I called last minute on a Friday afternoon because I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a quality car from a private seller. Most places including the dealer wouldn't even see me until next week, which meant I'd risk losing the car to a less cautious buyer with cash in hand. Please take your car here! Matt and his team have taken care of me on several occasions. Recently we were desperate to keep our cars going safe and legal. His team made sure I got the repairs I needed to get our cars working properly for our needs and to get smog done. My 17-year-old son's dream car (Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8) that he bought with his own money needed some work done and we had made an appointment for a Saturday with a different car shop that we were told was open on Saturdays for business.
