I won't be back. A few years ago I had brake work done thinking I'd save money over the cost of service at Lexus. Lexus recommended front brakes but had confirmed rotors would not to be replaced. Made in Japan quoted the work $100 cheaper than Lexus. I asked If they used certified Lexus parts. They replied yes. Then the call came I needed rotors. I caved and added the rotors. Couple of years ago makes it very hard to identify. With respect to your comment about not using Lexus parts. Lexus / Toyota and all other manufacturers don't produce most of their own pats. Bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've been here several times and the service was good but not today, and I will not return there anymore. They took 7.5 days for a $4300 job that should have taken just 2.5 days. During that time I had no car that I would have used for my ride-sharing job, which they were well aware of, so I missed out on a weeks worth of pay because of it. I had my car towed to the Campbell shop, where I received unbelievably great service. Shout out to Rick, Manny and Landon for the professional, polite and fast diagnostics/fix to my car. I'll be back.

I wrote an earlier review with 1 star, and the owner answered it. Unfortunately, he missed the dates when he answered. My review was solely "I called, left a voicemail, and no one called back after two days." His answer was completely about Labor Day and the recent heat wave, but the events described were Aug. 24, well before then. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE These people are either incompetent or liars. I took a car I was considering buying for a pre-purchase inspection. They told me it was in great shape with no problems. Turns out, most of the car's suspension was totally shredded, and I needed to spend $3000 to get it fixed. Whether they're incompetent or just scammers, I don't know. DO NOT GO HERE

Great service, honest, friendly and responsive. Rick even stayed open longer to wait for the car to be towed in. Rick went sent photos of the repairs needed to be done, he went over each photo thoroughly with a follow up phone call. The repairs were done within a day.

My husband and I trust this repair shop and the mechanics, managers, and staff we have worked with. I would be nervous to go anywhere else. Been going for years, through 2 owners. Still service you can count on. They work with AAA too.

They take good care of my old Toyota 4-Runner and are very knowledgeable. I appreciate their efforts and professionalism.

The the loyalty is truly reciprocated by your car. The highest mileage cars in our shop with the addition of Toyota camarys and Honda accords are the cars I mentioned above. My 2003 Camry SE was having problems with its ABS/traction and control sensor after a major overhaul of the steering control, shock &strut, and valve cover gasket and we were due to take a long trip to the state of Washington.
