Made in Japan pricing for manufacturer schd. maintenance is roughly $200 less than dealer cost/ maintenance date. Their techs are good. All personnel are nicely up to speed. They'll pick you up & bring you home. it's a good place to do business.
Great experience with this shop. They went above and beyond to work with insurance to get all my cars engine problems fixed.
Ever since the first time coming here I have felt respected and cared for which has been a rare experience as a woman in my 20's. My car had an immediate problem, and Made in Japan took my car right away and dealt with the problem. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and also very nice to deal with. I will be back.

The team at Made In Japan has taken care of my 2008 Prius for 12 years! I plan on driving my car until it simply cannot be feasible!

I won't be back. A few years ago I had brake work done thinking I'd save money over the cost of service at Lexus. Lexus recommended front brakes but had confirmed rotors would not to be replaced. Made in Japan quoted the work $100 cheaper than Lexus. I asked If they used certified Lexus parts. They replied yes. Then the call came I needed rotors. I caved and added the rotors. Couple of years ago makes it very hard to identify. With respect to your comment about not using Lexus parts. Lexus / Toyota and all other manufacturers don't produce most of their own pats. Bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've been here several times and the service was good but not today, and I will not return there anymore. They took 7.5 days for a $4300 job that should have taken just 2.5 days. During that time I had no car that I would have used for my ride-sharing job, which they were well aware of, so I missed out on a weeks worth of pay because of it.
