These guys were great. They recently took over my friends business and I wasn't sure what to expect. They were communicative and straightforward. Showed me items that needed attention but didn't press me on anything. Would absolutely recommend taking your vehicles there.

My first experience here was great! Will was super helpful, informative, and upfront about the whole process. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix my car the same day on a Saturday, which was a lifesaver. They also offer a free Lyft service to/from the shop which was super convenient! I definitely recommend this place.

After having a horrible experience with the Ford Dealership, coming to Stress Free truly was a Stress Free experience! The customer service from Will A. Was OUTSTANDING. When I came into the shop I was greeted with a friendly smile and he carefully listened to the concerns I had about my vehicle and he wrote everything I mentioned in the notes for the Technician to look over. Used Yelp AI to find a mechanic and Stress Free Auto Care responded in seconds! I was making a quick one night trip to San Diego from LA to visit the zoo and before I left, I noticed my coolant was low and ended putting the wrong coolant in! I noticed on my drive that my temp gauge was fluctuating so I thought the best option was to flush it and put the correct coolant. I'm so thankful for the quick response and friendly service! My car is a 2019 GLA 250 and the coolant flush and replacement was around $239.

I am always skeptical of mechanics shops. I normally have a few people I go to for small repairs outside of shops but my 2019 Chrysler 300 was having issues that were reoccurring. I live nearby and decided to stop in. I originally was going to Pep Boys but decided to see what this shop was like. I am no mechanic but know enough to be dangerous and can read through the upsell BS and that never happened here. This place is properly named, because I walked out of there in a much less stressful mood once I talked to Jeremy and the other mechanics. I am a college student in the area with not much money to spare, and I took a used car into Stress Free to get a bumper to bumper check.
