Blake is a terrific front desk guy to welcome you to Stress Free. They were fast and efficient and reasonably priced. I will be recommending them to other people where I live and look forward to continuing my car care there where I have been a previous client before they took over.

This place is great! My service provider Blake took the time to explain everything and make me feel welcome. It's so easy to make an appointment via their website. Lots of availability. They run a complimentary diagnostic on your vehicle then provide a comprehensive report complete with photos. No hard sells either. I took my 2013 VW Jetta 2.5 SE in for a leaky valve cover gasket and engine air filter replacement. There's a $180 fee to investigate the leak but they waive that fee when the repair is performed. I had an unplanned repair while visiting San Diego to visit my daughter at college. Stress-free was very responsive and got me taken care of. Highly recommend to anybody looking for repairs or regular vehicle maintenance!

I've taken my car here twice. The second time was because I had a problem with my car. My experience there has been pretty good. The service advisors were very nice and professional. I never felt like they were trying to push any unnecessary services or that they were over charging me for anything. I love the texting feature. It makes it easy to communicate while I'm at work. Overall, a good experience with stress free auto, and I'll continue taking my car there for services.

Responded quickly to all inquiries. Polite and pleasant customer service. A detailed diagnosis report was provided at a reasonable cost. They had my car returned as soon as they could.

Went in for an AC relay to be replaced. They charged $100-$200 less than the competition. Repair only took a couple of hours. Extremely satisfied.
