very covering every detail in advance. Communication is excellent making sure you always know what's happening and what they have found. Photographs, even from inside your engine are provided to make sure you understand what they have found.

Stress Free lived up to its name. I was scheduled for a 3:30pm oil change. They Had me checked in within 10 minutes and I was out the door by 4:30pm. The whole time I was working in their luxurious waiting room with great WiFi access. The price was reasonable, the service prompt and the staff was friendly.

First timer here, and good experience so far! I appreciate being sent a breakdown of the diagnostic as well as the cost breakdown. Everything is organized and upfront. I also appreciated all the updates. Grant was very helpful and when I asked for a payment plan he helped me set it up and answered all my questions. I would recommend!

Grant was amazing. I watched him help 3 customers and he listens. The communication is awesome throughout, AND they even have live stream of your car while being worked on. No one I know has that. The techs did an amazing job, and it was done sooner than expected.

The service manager Grant was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain and keep me in the loop on the status of my car. There was no hidden charge or sketchiness. I also liked the jingle they play when you're placed on hold. Highly recommend this place!

Grant was really helpful. I live out of town, I made an appointment to get my oil changed before my trek back. When I arrived he said that I might be there awhile because several techs called out and the workload was heavy. He saw the look on my face after he stated such, I let him know that I was from out of town and made an appointment to get my oil changed real quick before I headed back home... We have been servicing our cars here for several years and have been very satisfied with the staff and the work. I really like that they send photos of any issues with our cars, it helps us in the decision process.

I was referred by a friend and even the first phone call to setup an appointment was gracious. I was coming in for brakes and asked for an overall inspection. Grant showed me photos of the problems identified by the mechanic, and helped me prioritize what needed attention that day.
