One thing I know for sure is that these people care about the work they do. We have two old cars that they keep in good shape. One is a 2004 Chrysler and the other a 2006 Buick. Both with ample miles and both Stress Free keeps running great and at affordable prices. Can't imagine taking them any place else. The waiting area is always spotless. And, they have sent me home in there service car. Nice car and class place.

Customer service was great and everything was clear and concise. The guy upfront working had an answer for everything I had questions on and the service was updated consistently.

They really live up to their name. I've never had a stress free experience when it came to my car, until I came here. Recently, I was driving in the carpool lane on the freeway with my 6 month old when all of a sudden my car was shaking uncontrollably and I couldn't accelerate. My stress levels were off the chart. I was able to pull off the freeway and as I was waiting for the tow truck I decided to call one of the hundreds of shops near my house.
