Customer service was great and everything was clear and concise. The guy upfront working had an answer for everything I had questions on and the service was updated consistently.

They really live up to their name. I've never had a stress free experience when it came to my car, until I came here. Recently, I was driving in the carpool lane on the freeway with my 6 month old when all of a sudden my car was shaking uncontrollably and I couldn't accelerate. My stress levels were off the chart. I was able to pull off the freeway and as I was waiting for the tow truck I decided to call one of the hundreds of shops near my house. Guys are nice and responsive. They have a nice waiting area with internet, desks, t.v. They called me and went over everything they found that needed to be addressed, didn't push any extra work and their prices are very fair. I am very happy with all the work they did and would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to say this is by far the most honest auto repair shop in the OC. I brought my wife's Mazda in for a power steering leak. Turns out it was a loose hose clamp. They didn't charge me a cent.
