You always hear those horrible stories about house buying and what a scary experience it is. I believe buying your first home should be a wonderful milestone in your life and that is EXACTLY what the Crawford team did for my husband and I. They updated us every step of the way and we never were worried if we were in good hands or not. We definitely recommend working with the Crawford team!
i was a first time home buyer and was recommended to VIP mortgage by a friend. They walked me through the entire process from the very beginning and quickly answered all of my questions in a professional and easy to understand manner. From what I had been told to expect of the home buying process VIP made it seem too easy and helped me close extremely fast which is exactly what I advised them I needed. I would recommend them to anyone.
I would recommend VIP mortgage in a heartbeat. Having been an underwriter myself some years ago, I know how stressful and demanding the process can be on the buyer, seller and mortgage company. VIP treated me like their ONLY customer, and the entire staff did a fantastic job with fast responses to all of my questions, as well as some of the quickest turnaround time I have ever seen. Stuart came highly recommended by our realtor. We had a fantastic experience with Stuart and all of the professionals at his office. They provided excellent customer service and communication throughout the loan process. I particularly appreciated the Monday morning weekly updates regarding where exactly we were at in the loan process.
