I realize that COVID has slowed everything down; however, customer service shouldn't change. I was only communicated with when I needed to upload documents and only if I reached out. I would suggest monthly check ins, at the very least...here's what's going on, etc.\n\nAt no time during the 5 months I waited for closing (after being told 45-90 days) did I feel any connection to my representative or feel that she even cared about my issues.

My client expressed several times that he received requests for information he had already provided. The last minute rush of this loan caused a disruption in work flow for me, title and the client. This loan should have been to title 3 days prior to closing and instead it was a stressful closing for all to have your team produce documents in the final hour.

Credit score rose 40 points (726-766) from time of opening new loan to right before closing. When asked regarding a new rate, associate just told me that the rate has not changed, despite changing markets. I am left with the feeling at closing escrow that I had paid an extra $3700 to buy down points that may have not been necessary if extra effort was put through for the best interest of the client. I may refer to friends for ease of process, but would not refer if cost is a concern.

There was very little proactive communication. Long periods went by where I did not know what was happening. At least a weekly update would have been appropriate. And then at the very end, to be told I should let them know if I had not heard anything by the end if the week (as opposed to, “I’ll check back with you in a few days to update you on what is happening.”) this was not attentive customer service on any level. \nI would recommend my previous refi team should I have a future need/referral

Our communication in the final days of the transaction was very poor. I consistently asked for updates throughout the transaction and was assured we'd close on time until we didn't.
