Everything was great with the team up until closing time.I was supposed to close on Tuesday Aug 25th and on Fri the 22nd I was asked to send in documents as well. I then received an email stating it would take 2-3 business days to process these papers, which I was told there was a rush on them and would not interfere with my closing day. Well my closing day did not happen until Thursday the 27th and I was asked to summit documents everyday to that point,these should've been submitted sooner

*Portal Software not user friendly or intuitive, uploading documents was okay. If document financial info was posted in the wrong category, it provided confusion on net worth\n*Had to submit many documents multiple times even though no material changes in assets or finance occurred over time\n*Extra effort needed to be more proactive , anticipating required documents. There was multiple times that certain documents were asked for late in the process which required a scramble to keep closing online

The communications was the issue. Your staff wants to do all communications via email and I told them that I am not an email guy, I'm a text guy. It put the burden on me when thing were needed.

We appreciated the prompt responses when we initiated a query. We were frustrated that we had to ask for updates for progress rather then receiving updates. We did hear back immediately (same day) and thank you.
